Heard     learned        counsels         for    the<\/p>\n<p>                   petitioner and the State.<\/p>\n<p>                             The petitioner being the husband is<\/p>\n<p>                   apprehending his arrest in a case registered<\/p>\n<p>                   under    Section    498(A)      of    the    Indian       Penal<\/p>\n<p>                   Code and Section \u00be of the Dowry Prohibition<\/p>\n<p>                   Act.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             It is submitted by learned counsel<\/p>\n<p>                   for     the     petitioner        that      marriage       was<\/p>\n<p>                   performed in the year 2008 but divorce case<\/p>\n<p>                   was filed on 14.06.2011 when complaint was<\/p>\n<p>                   also     filed     on     14.06.2011         itself         and<\/p>\n<p>                   thereafter the present case was lodged on<\/p>\n<p>                   04.07.2011         and       in           divorce          case<\/p>\n<p>                   reconciliation proceeding is going on.<\/p>\n<p>                             Let the petitioner add the informant<\/p>\n<p>                   as opposite party no.2.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             Issue notice to opposite party no.2<\/p>\n<p>                   under    ordinary       process      as   well   as       under<\/p>\n<p>                   registered      cover    with     A\/D     requisites        for<\/p>\n<p>                   which must be filed within a period of three<\/p>\n<p>                   weeks.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             Let    petitioner       and     opposite        party<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                           2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>        no.2 appears before this Court at 2.10 P.
