In<br \/>\nview of the said statement, the Registry is directed to invest the<br \/>\nsame in the nationalized Bank in F.D.R. with the nationalized Bank<br \/>\ninitially for a period of three years and which shall renewed from<br \/>\ntime to time without any orders from this Court in that regard. On<br \/>\ndepositing such amount, it will be open for the applicants to<br \/>\nwithdraw the amount deposited in the F.D.R. in the State Bank of<br \/>\nIndia, Jamnagar.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\tIn<br \/>\nview of the aforesaid observations, the application stands disposed<br \/>\nof.
