Ramachandran Nair, J.\n                   - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n                     W.P.(C) No.18602 of 2009-U\n                   - - - - -- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n                 Dated this the 3rd day of July, 2009.\n\n                                 JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>      The petitioner herein is a Lecturer Trainee in Genito-urinary Surgery,<\/p>\n<p>Medical College, Kottayam. He joined in the said department on 1.8.2007.<\/p>\n<p>For want of vacancies in the said department, he was accommodated in the<\/p>\n<p>Department of Pharmacology which is evidenced by Ext.P2. The petitioner<\/p>\n<p>had been requesting for a posting in the former department and presently a<\/p>\n<p>vacancy has arisen there due to the uauthorised absence from service of one<\/p>\n<p>Dr. Shameer P. Hameed, which is evidenced by Ext.P3 proposal submitted<\/p>\n<p>by the Principal to the Director of Medical Education as early as 4.2.2009.<\/p>\n<p>The petitioner points out that in spite of the said report forwarded by the<\/p>\n<p>Principal, so far no orders have been passed. Therefore, in the writ petition,<\/p>\n<p>mainly it is prayed that the first respondent may be directed to give a<\/p>\n<p>suitable posting for accommodating the petitioner as Lecturer in the<\/p>\n<p>Department of Jenito-urinary Survery in the Medical College, Kottayam.<\/p>\n<p>      2. Since Ext.P3 proposal is said to be pending before the second<\/p>\n<p>respondent, the same will be considered by the said authority and<\/p>\n<p>appropriate orders shall be passed within a period of one month from the<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">wpc 18602\/2009                        2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>date of receipt of a copy of this judgment, if so far no final orders have been<\/p>\n<p>passed. The result of the same will be communicated to the petitioner. The<\/p>\n<p>petitioner will produce a copy of this judgment along with a copy of the<\/p>\n<p>writ petition before the second respondent for compliance.<\/p>\n<p>                                     (T.R.
