  prayer made in the petition is to invoke the<\/p>\n
harbitral clause of the partnership agreement dated<\/p>\n

 ihrllllregistration of VAT\/COT. A perusal of<\/p>\n
the44″saidJF’orm No.1 and also Form. No.58 under Rule 6<\/p>\n
  would clearly disclose that the petitioner was inducted<\/p>\n
asfa partner of the firm. Indeed, the other documents<\/p>\n
wiivould also clearly disclose that the petitioner was<\/p>\n
inducted as a partner. This certainly would be tentative\n<\/p>\n

  capable of meeting the needs of the<\/p>\n
specific’=.?i1’1\u00a7_itrati’on and to minimize the supervisory role<\/p>\n
of C”ourt_”in’ arbitral process and to permit an arbitral<\/p>\n
_Tri.b_unai’ to use mediation, conciliation or other<\/p>\n
