The Assistant Electrical Engineer, Electric Supply Sub-\n                     Division,Sikandra, District-Jamui     ----------- Respondents.\n                                               -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>02   22-02-2011                   Heard Sri Durgesh Nandan, learned counsel for the<\/p>\n<p>                      petitioner, Sri Ajay Kumar Gautam, learned counsel appearing<\/p>\n<p>                      on behalf of the Respondent no.2 to 6\/ Bihar State Electricity<\/p>\n<p>                      Board as well as learned A.C. to A.A.G.No.7.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                  The petitioner, who retired with effect from<\/p>\n<p>                      31.10.2006 as Head Clerk from the office of Electrical Supply<\/p>\n<p>                      Sub Division, Sikandra, has made a limited prayer for directing<\/p>\n<p>                      the Respondents to make payment of gratuity amount as well as<\/p>\n<p>                      arrears of pension due since 31.11.2006 to 31.7.2007.<\/p>\n<p>                                  With the consent of the parties, the writ petition is<\/p>\n<p>                      being disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file a detailed<\/p>\n<p>                      representation before the Respondent no.2, i.e. the General<\/p>\n<p>                      Manager-cum-Chief      Engineer,    Electrical   Supply   Region,<\/p>\n<p>                      Bhagalpur within a period of six weeks from today. If such<\/p>\n<p>                      representation is filed by the petitioner, the Respondent no.2 is<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                               2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>        directed to take all steps for clearing all the dues of the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>        within a period of two months from the date of filing of such<\/p>\n<p>        representation.
