B\ufb01ut  the<br \/>\nJudge has accepted   has directed<br \/>\nto pay a sum  the rate of<\/p>\n<p>6%.\n<\/p>\n<p>6.:  orderbassed by the iearned<br \/>\nDistrict &#8220;Judge. &#8212; V<\/p>\n<p> Inddeediduring.  course of enquiry, on behalf<\/p>\n<p>&#8216; &#8220;of the petit-ioner one&#8217; witness was examined and on<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;&#8216;b_eh_ait\u00ab  another. A perusal} of the<\/p>\n<p>impu__gned~ or-&#8216;der does not disciose as to how the<\/p>\n<p>Vdetermiiadtion is done by the iearned District Judge.<\/p>\n<p> jindeed the learned District Judge has fleetingly referred<\/p>\n<p>  to-certain decisions and has come to the conclusion that W<\/p>\n<p>X<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">-5-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>the petitioner is entitled for a sum of 337,020\/&#8211;. Indeed<br \/>\nthe petitioner has made available the documents3.iiiliich<br \/>\nwere produced during the course of  .<br \/>\nof the said documents would disclose _the&#8221;,oft: &#8220;&#8216;<br \/>\nlabour cost in immature rubber<br \/>\nat 380\/&#8221; per day. Thus, acc&#8217;ord~ing to<br \/>\nsaid document has not .beenVgicor&#8217;1sid&#8217;e_rec1&#8217;_h&#8221;  I am<\/p>\n<p>of the View that the entlirenllisfreqiiired to be re-<br \/>\ndone by the lea:rn_ed   so having<\/p>\n<p>regard to    by t;l._&#8217;1evv_petitioner both oral<\/p>\n<p>and   order:\n<\/p>\n<p>(a)<br \/>\nib-ll  it order at Annexure &#8216;A&#8217; is<br \/>\n   &#8230;.. .. e<br \/>\n matter stands remitted to the learned<br \/>\n Judge, Udupi for fresh disposal in<br \/>\nit &#8220;accordance with law.
