No. Information Sought                       Reply of the PIO\n<\/p>\n<p>1.       Details of rule\/law\/policy governing No construction was allowed in these<br \/>\n         new constructions for aforesaid colonies.<br \/>\n         colonies.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.       Whether the law, policy and rule As above.\n<\/p>\n<p>         was uniform in meaning.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.       Details of law if any to allow any As above.\n<\/p>\n<p>         alteration in existing houses at above<br \/>\n         mentioned areas.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.       Details of circumstances under No information could be supplied as no<br \/>\n         which premises of Khasra No. 468 specific date of demolition\/specific<br \/>\n         of Indira Enclave was not sealed and address of buildings were mentioned.<br \/>\n         construction was allowed. Details of<br \/>\n         action taken against Tony Builder<br \/>\n         which was building a premises<br \/>\n         opposite to the above mentioned<br \/>\n         address.\n<\/p>\n<p>5.       Details of survey, if any, was No such records was available.\n<\/p>\n<p>         conducted to check unauthorized<br \/>\n         constructions.\n<\/p>\n<p>6.       On a plea taken by MCD before The orders of Hon&#8217;ble High Court of<br \/>\n         Delhi High Court in May last year, Delhi were delivered in respect of sainik<br \/>\n         front boundary walls were scaled farms only. Matter related to providing<br \/>\n         down in conformity with bldg. Bye street lights pertained to BSES.<br \/>\n        laws at Neb Sarai Ext. Whether the<br \/>\n        order has been applied to houses at<br \/>\n        Indira Enclave &amp; other colonies.\n<\/p>\n<p>        Details of action taken on the<br \/>\n        directives given by the High Court<br \/>\n        to provide street lights for residents<br \/>\n        security.\n<\/p>\n<p>7.      Reason       for     not    providing Information did not pertained to Bldg.\n<\/p>\n<p>        infrastructure to the Neb Sarai Department.<br \/>\n        Extension when taxes were being<br \/>\n        collected by MCD from the<br \/>\n        residents of the said area.\n<\/p>\n<p>8.      Details of policy of MCD for road As above.\n<\/p>\n<p>        repairing in the above mentioned<br \/>\n        areas. The date by which the road<br \/>\n        will be laid in these area.\n<\/p>\n<p>First Appeal:\n<\/p>\n<p>Unsatisfactory information provided by the PIO.\n<\/p>\n<p>Order of the FAA:\n<\/p>\n<p>The FAA in its order observed that the information provided against query no. 3 and 4 was<br \/>\nincomplete. The FAA said that the Appellant had not provided any specific date in his queries so<br \/>\nthat the PIO could have given him the relevant information. The FAA suggested that the<br \/>\nAppellant could inspect the records available from July 2008 related to the demolition in the<br \/>\narea.
