Whether the judgment should be reported in the Digest?\n\nAjay Tewari, J.\n<\/pre>\n<p>                   Counter affidavit filed on behalf of respondents No.2 and<\/p>\n<p>3 is taken on record.\n<\/p>\n<p>                   Learned counsel on instructions from the petitioner who<\/p>\n<p>is present in Court says that the petitioner is ready to bring this whole<\/p>\n<p>unfortunate episode to an end by resigning except only with one caveat that<\/p>\n<p>his salary was given uptil 26.12.2008 and if his salary could be given uptil<\/p>\n<p>2.1.2009 it would enable him to claim eight years experience.<\/p>\n<p>            Learned Senior Advocate appearing on behalf of the<\/p>\n<p>respondents on instructions from Sh.N.H. Khanna, Principal, Kali Ram<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\"> CWP No. 20325 of 2008                        -2-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>DAV Public School, Safidon has stated that the respondents would have no<\/p>\n<p>objection to this course of action.\n<\/p>\n<p>                    In the circumstances it is declared that the petitioner has<\/p>\n<p>resigned and stands relieved from service w.e.f. 3.1.2009. The respondents<\/p>\n<p>have undertaken to grant him the salary upto 2.1.2009 and to grant him<\/p>\n<p>experience certificate up to the said date within a period of 15 days from<\/p>\n<p>today.
