Justice ANTONY DOMINIC\n\n Dated :07\/01\/2008\n\n O R D E R\n                          ANTONY DOMINIC, J.\n\n               ------------------------------------\n\n                         W.P.(C) 635 of 2008\n\n              -------------------------------------\n\n                        Dated: January 7, 2008\n\n                               JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>      By Ext.P4 order issued under the provisions of the Kerala Land<\/p>\n<p>Utilisation Act, the petitioner was directed to restore certain<\/p>\n<p>portions of property which was developed into a school ground.<\/p>\n<p>Ext.P4 order was communicated to the petitioner under cover by<\/p>\n<p>Ext.P3 issued by the 3rd respondent.       Aggrieved by Ext.P4 order,<\/p>\n<p>petitioner has filed Ext.P5 revision before the 1st respondent and<\/p>\n<p>that is still pending consideration of the 1st respondent. It is in the<\/p>\n<p>aforesaid background that this writ petition has been filed by the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner for an expeditious disposal of Ext.P5.<\/p>\n<p>      2.    In view of the fact that Ext.P5 is a statutory revision filed<\/p>\n<p>by the petitioner, I dispose of this writ petition directing that the 1st<\/p>\n<p>respondent shall take up and consider Ext.P5 revision with notice to<\/p>\n<p>the petitioner and as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within 8<\/p>\n<p>WP(C) 635\/2008<br \/>\n                              Page numbers<\/p>\n<p>weeks of production of a copy of this judgment.
