3.   10.7.2008.               Heard the counsel for the petitioner and counsel appearing<\/p>\n
                   on behalf of the State.\n<\/p>\n
                              The petitioner is an accused in a case under Section 17 of<\/p>\n
                   the Criminal Law Amendment Act.\n<\/p>\n
                              The allegation against the petitioner is that some Moist<\/p>\n
                   literature was recovered from his possession. The petitioner has a<\/p>\n
                   clean antecedent and he is in custody since 23.10.2007.<\/p>\n
                              Considering the period of custody, the petitioner Vinay<\/p>\n
                   Kumar Ram is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond<\/p>\n
                   of Rs.10,000\/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount<\/p>\n
                   each to the satisfaction of the J. M. Ist Class, Muzaffarpur in<\/p>\n
                   connection with Sadar P.S. Case No. 343 of 2007 giving rise to Trial<\/p>\n
                   No. 2782 of 2007 with a condition that one of the bailors should be<\/p>\n
                   closely related to the petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
