                              Petitioners seek to challenge the order dated<\/p>\n
                   30.12.2010 (Annexure-7 series) , issued by the authority of the<\/p>\n
                   Respondent-Power Grid Corporation of India Ltd.(for short ‘the<\/p>\n
                   Corporation’), whereby their services as Assistant Engineers on<\/p>\n
                   contract basis in the Corporation have been disengaged and they<\/p>\n
                   have been relieved.\n<\/p>\n
                              It is agreed at Bar that the issue raised in this<\/p>\n
                   application has already been considered by this Court in CWJC<\/p>\n
                   No. 9198 of 2011(Mrigendra Srivstava & Ors. Vs. Power Grid<\/p>\n
                   Corporation of India Ltd & Anr.).\n<\/p>\n
                              Learned counsel for the petitioners, in that view of<\/p>\n
                   the matter, states that petitioners would not be pressing the
\n                               2<\/span><\/p>\n
     relief(s)   prayed for in this writ application. It is stated that<\/p>\n
     petitioners have not been paid their due salary\/remuneration for<\/p>\n
     certain period(s) for which they have worked and, as such, the<\/p>\n
     Respondent-Corporation be directed to pay them their due<\/p>\n
     salary\/remuneration.\n<\/p>\n
                   Learned counsel for the Respondent-Corporation in<\/p>\n
     the light of the said stand taken by the petitioners, submits that<\/p>\n
     they may be granted opportunity to approach the Respondent-<\/p>\n
     Corporation by filing appropriate representation in this regard<\/p>\n
     which shall be considered in accordance with law and if there is<\/p>\n
     any due to be paid to the petitioners on account of<\/p>\n
     salary\/remuneration for the period they have worked, the same<\/p>\n
     shall be paid to them.\n<\/p>\n
                   Having heard the parties, the present application is<\/p>\n
     disposed of by the following order:<\/p>\n
                 Let the petitioners file a detailed representation for
\n           payment of their due salary\/remuneration within three
\n           weeks from today annexing therewith a copy of the
\n           present order. The Respondents shall            consider and
\n           dispose of the         said representation in accordance with
\n           law within four weeks of its filing. If any amount on
\n           account of salary\/remuneration is found due and
\n           outstanding, then the respondents shall ensure to release
\n           payments thereof within four weeks of the disposal of
\n           the said representation.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
