Sri Ram<\/p>\n<p>                  Balak Mahto, learned Advocate General assisted by Mr. A.K.<\/p>\n<p>                  Keshri appeared on behalf of the respondents and made<\/p>\n<p>                  submission on behalf of the State-respondents in C.W.J.C.<\/p>\n<p>                  No. 12106 of 2010. Mr. Rajendra Narayan appeared as<\/p>\n<p>                  amicus curiae and also made submissions.<\/p>\n<p>                            Both the senior counsels appearing in support of<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                               4<\/span><\/p>\n<p>        the writ petitions submitted that they would be filing an<\/p>\n<p>        application in their respective cases to amend the prayer in<\/p>\n<p>        view of the stand taken by the respondents in the counter<\/p>\n<p>        affidavit. They submit that petitioners would now challenge<\/p>\n<p>        the validity\/vires of the notification dated 28.05.2008 passed<\/p>\n<p>        by Government of Bihar in the Department of Revenue and<\/p>\n<p>        Land Reforms keeping in view the judgment rendered by<\/p>\n<p>        Division Bench of this Court in Kapildeo Singh &amp; Ors.
