No.30318 of 2011\n                        Ram Chandra Yadav son of Late Hazari Yadav\n                                           Versus\n                                    The State Of Bihar\n                                         -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2.   15.09.2011                 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.<\/p>\n<p>                                The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offence<\/p>\n<p>                  under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal<\/p>\n<p>                  Code.\n<\/p>\n<p>                          Considering that there is counter version of the occurrence on<\/p>\n<p>                  and the injury sustained by the injured was simple in nature as also the<\/p>\n<p>                  occurrence took place due to land dispute, let the petitioner, above<\/p>\n<p>                  named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 5,000\/-(five<\/p>\n<p>                  thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each or any other surety<\/p>\n<p>                  to be fixed by the Court below to the satisfaction of the Additional<\/p>\n<p>                  Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani in connection with<\/p>\n<p>                  Madhepur P.S. Case No. 82 of 2011 subject to the following conditions:<\/p>\n<p>                                 A. That one of the bailors will be a close relative of the<\/p>\n<p>                  petitioner, who will give an affidavit giving genealogy as to how he is<\/p>\n<p>                  related with the petitioner. The bailor will undertake to furnish<\/p>\n<p>                  information to the court about any change in the address of the<\/p>\n<p>                  petitioner,<\/p>\n<p>                                 B.      That the affidavit shall clearly state that the<\/p>\n<p>                  petitioner is not an accused in any other case and, if he is, he shall not<\/p>\n<p>                  be released on bail,<\/p>\n<p>                                 C. That the bailor shall also state on affidavit that he<\/p>\n<p>                  will inform the court concerned if the petitioner is implicated in any<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                                 2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>          other case of similar nature after his release in the present case and<\/p>\n<p>          thereafter the court below will be at liberty to initiate the proceeding<\/p>\n<p>          for cancellation of bail on the ground of misuse,<\/p>\n<p>                        D. That the petitioner will give an undertaking that he<\/p>\n<p>          will receive the police papers on the given date and be present on date<\/p>\n<p>          fixed for charge and if he fails to do so on two given dates and delays<\/p>\n<p>          the trial in any manner, his bail will be liable to be cancelled for<\/p>\n<p>          reasons of misuse.\n<\/p>\n<p>                        E.
