Advocate.\n\n\n:COMMON ORDER\n\n\n<\/pre>\n<p>\tMr.C.Selvaraj, the learned Government Advocate takes notice on behalf of<br \/>\nthe respondents.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned<br \/>\nGovernment Advocate appearing for the respondents. By consent of both the<br \/>\ncounsel the writ petitions are taken up for final disposal. Since the issue<br \/>\ninvolved in all these writ petitions are same, these writ petitions are disposed<br \/>\nby this common order.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t3. These writ petitions are filed  for a direction to the respondent to<br \/>\nextend the  petitioners the benefit of the order of the Hon&#8217;ble Tamil Nadu<br \/>\nAdministrative Tribunal dated 6.5.1996 in O.A.No.1919 of 1991, and the judgement<br \/>\ndated 25.3.2004 of the Hon&#8217;ble First Division Bench of the Madras High Court in<br \/>\nW.P.No.15473 of 1999 as done by the Government respectively in G.O.Ms.No.271<br \/>\nFinance (Pension) Department dated 15.6.1998 and G.O.Ms.No.504 Finance (Pension)<br \/>\nDepartment dated 21.09.2004 in respect of the members of the Ambasamudram Taluk<br \/>\nPensioners Association and certain other pensioners of the Judicial Department<br \/>\nand pay the consequential arrears of Family Pension to the petitioners within a<br \/>\nstipulated period.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t4. The issue involved in the present matters is covered by a decision of<br \/>\nthe Division Bench of this Court in W.P.No.15473 of 1999 dated 25.3.2004 and<br \/>\ntherefore according to the petitioners based on the Division Bench judgement<br \/>\nsimilar order can also be passed in these writ petitions.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t5. Having regard to the submission made by the learned counsel on either<br \/>\nside, and after perusing the order dated 25.3.2004 the respondent is hereby<br \/>\ndirected to extend the same benefits to the petitioners as were extended by the<br \/>\nTribunal by its order dated 6.5.1996 in O.A.No.1919 of 1991.  This exercise<br \/>\nshall be done within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy<br \/>\nof this order.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t6. With the above direction, these writ petitions are disposed of.
