Justice ANTONY DOMINIC\n\n Dated :25\/03\/2008\n\n O R D E R\n                         ANTONY DOMINIC, J.\n              ------------------------------------\n                        W.P.(C) 2449 of 2008\n             -------------------------------------\n                      Dated: MARCH 25, 2008\n\n                             JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>      The challenge in this writ petition is against Ext.P2 as<\/p>\n<p>confirmed in Ext.P5. Matters identical to the one arising in this writ<\/p>\n<p>petition was considered by this court in W.P.(C) No.2491\/2008 and<\/p>\n<p>the writ petition was disposed of by judgment dated 6th March, 2008<\/p>\n<p>directing re-consideration by the 1st respondent.     The aforesaid<\/p>\n<p>judgment was rendered referring to the information received by the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner invoking the provisions of the Right to Information Act<\/p>\n<p>which contradicted the conclusion of the RTA as confirmed by the<\/p>\n<p>STAT. In this case similar information has been received and Ext.P6<\/p>\n<p>has been produced to show that the finding of the RTA in Ext.P2 as<\/p>\n<p>confirmed by the STAT in Ext.P5 is incorrect.<\/p>\n<p>      2.  In view of the aforesaid reasoning, Exts.P2 and P5 will<\/p>\n<p>stand quashed and the matter shall stand remitted to the 1st<\/p>\n<p>respondent for reconsideration.
