Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned<\/p>\n<p>counsel for the party respondents and the learned Government<\/p>\n<p>Pleader.\n<\/p>\n<p>      3.    A counter affidavit has been filed by the party<\/p>\n<p>respondents denying the allegations raised against them.<\/p>\n<p>      4. Whatever that be, in view of the apprehension of the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner, we dispose of the Writ Petition by making the interim<\/p>\n<p>order absolute. We make it clear that we have not gone into the<\/p>\n<p>W.P.(C).No. 16286 of 2010<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">                                   2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>merits of the allegations raised by the petitioner and any forum where<\/p>\n<p>the matter comes up will deal with the matter untrammelled by<\/p>\n<p>anything contained in this judgment.<\/p>\n<p>                                        (K.
