RAMKUMAR, J.\n                  -----------------------------------\n                Bail Application No.2168 of 2008\n                   ----------------------------------\n               Dated this the 23rd day of May 2008\n\n                              O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>       In this petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C., the<\/p>\n<p>petitioners seek anticipatory bail on the allegation that the<\/p>\n<p>Balussery police are at their heels in connection with Crime<\/p>\n<p>No.182\/2008 registered for offences punishable under Sections<\/p>\n<p>143, 147, 448 and 353 read with Section 149 IPC. As per the<\/p>\n<p>interim order dated 7.4.2008, this Court granted anticipatory bail<\/p>\n<p>to petitioners 1 to 3, who are respectively accused Nos.2, 3 and<\/p>\n<p>1.<\/p>\n<p>      2. The learned Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted<\/p>\n<p>that petitioners 4 to 9 are not yet arrayed as accused in the<\/p>\n<p>above crime so far. If so, the apprehension of arrest and<\/p>\n<p>harassment entertained by the petitioners 4 to 9 is unfounded. In<\/p>\n<p>case petitioners 4 to 9 are arrayed as accused, they have<\/p>\n<p>undoubtedly     the right to approach the appropriate court and<\/p>\n<p>seek appropriate reliefs.
