Counsel for the complainant has\n\ngone through the documents and is satisfied. His contention is that the\n\npetitioner has got the mutation attested in favour of the complainant on the\n\nbasis of said documents. Counsel for the petitioner states on instructions\n\nfrom his client at the bar that possession shall be delivered to the\n\ncomplainant.\n\n            So, the order dated 4-7-2008 is made absolute.
