RAMKUMAR, J.\n                      ======================\n                        B.A. No.5672 of 2010\n                      ======================\n                          Dated: 22.09.2010\n\n                                ORDER\n<\/pre>\n<p>      Petitioners, who are accused Nos.3 to 5 in Crime No.<br \/>\n446\/2010 of      Muhamma      Police Station for offences punishable<br \/>\nunder Sections 447,323,324,326 and 427 read with 34 I.P.C., seek<br \/>\nanticipatory bail.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.    The learned Public Prosecutor opposed the application.\n<\/p>\n<p>      3.     Anticipatory bail cannot be granted in a case of this<br \/>\nnature.   But at the same time,        I am inclined to permit the<br \/>\npetitioners to surrender before the Investigating Officer for the<br \/>\npurpose of interrogation and then to have their application for bail<br \/>\nconsidered by the Magistrate having jurisdiction. Accordingly, the<br \/>\npetitioners shall surrender before the investigating officer on<br \/>\n30.09.2010 or on 01.10.2010 for the purpose of interrogation and<br \/>\nrecovery of incriminating material, if any.
