It has been further averred that grave and irreparable<br \/>\nprejudice, loss and injury would be caused to the applicant if the<br \/>\nrelief as prayed for is not granted.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tHaving<br \/>\nregard to the averments made in the Application and being satisfied<br \/>\nwith the grounds and the sufficient cause having shown, the delay of<br \/>\n76 days in preferring the Appeal is condoned.
