7       28-02-2011               It appears that I.A. no. 244\/2011 filed in Cr.<\/p>\n
                     Appeal No.6 of 2008 was considered and allowed on<\/p>\n
                     14-02-2011 by ordering for stay of realization of fine<\/p>\n
                     from the appellant but due to mistake of the concerned<\/p>\n
                     P.A. the said order was typed in the records of Cr.<\/p>\n
                     Appeal No. 3 of 2008 (Prakash Yadav Vs the State of<\/p>\n
                     Bihar) which is analogous to Cr. Appeal No. 6 of 2008.<\/p>\n
                                 In view of aforesaid facts, let the order dated<\/p>\n
                     14-02-2011 recorded as order No. 4 in Cr. Appeal No. 3<\/p>\n
                     of 2008 be treated to have been deleted from the records<\/p>\n
                     of that appeal and it will be treated as order No.6 passed<\/p>\n
                     on 14-02-2011 in Cr. Appeal No. 6 of 2008, i.e., the<\/p>\n
                     present appeal.\n<\/p>\n
                                 If cost is deposited, let this order be<\/p>\n
                     communicated to Additional Sessions Judge, Fast Track<\/p>\n
