Dutt Road, Alkapuri, Baroda of M\/s. Gem Eyeadrons Ltd.<br \/>\n(in Liquidation) to the Applicant pursuant to the order dated<br \/>\n14\/2\/2008 passed in OLR No.19 of 2008 confirming the sale of said<br \/>\npremises in favour of the Applicant herein.??\n<\/p>\n<p>2.\tHeard<br \/>\nMr.Mrugen Jani, learned advocate for the Official Liquidator and<br \/>\nMr.K.I.Shah, learned advocate for the Canara Bank.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.\tMr.K.I.Shah,<br \/>\nlearned advocate for the Canara Bank submitted that the only role<br \/>\nplayed by the Canara Bank is that it get the property valued.  Rest<br \/>\nof the things were in the control of the Official Liquidator.  The<br \/>\nact of non-handing over the area of 339 sq. ft. of carpet area of<br \/>\noffice premises can be attributed to the Official Liquidator.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.\tMr.Jani<br \/>\nfor the Official Liquidator submitted that the Official Liquidator<br \/>\nhas no reservations in handing over the residual area of 339 sq. ft.<br \/>\nof carpet area.  He submitted that the residual area of premises<br \/>\nsituated at 103, Penorama will be handed over.\n<\/p>\n<p>5.\tHaving<br \/>\nperused order dated 14.02.2008 in Official Liquidator Report No.19 of<br \/>\n2008, present application deserves to be granted.  The same is<br \/>\naccordingly granted.
