Public Prosecutor for the State.<\/p>\n<p>                              Petitioner is in jail custody since 17.5.2011 in a case<\/p>\n<p>                    registered under sections 341, 323, 387, 354, 504\/34 of the IPC.<\/p>\n<p>                              Admittedly, except section 387 of the IPC almost, all<\/p>\n<p>                    sections are bailable in nature.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              It would appear from perusal of the first information<\/p>\n<p>                    report that the petitioner tried to take thumb impression of the<\/p>\n<p>                    informant on a plain paper, he could not succeed in his attempt.<\/p>\n<p>                              Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well<\/p>\n<p>                    as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, Sukhdeo Bhuiyan,<\/p>\n<p>                    be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000\/- with two<\/p>\n<p>                    sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub<\/p>\n<p>                    divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sherghati(Gaya) in Barachatti<\/p>\n<p>                    (Mohanpur) P.S.
