Petitioner is the accused in Crime No.42\/2008 of<\/p>\n<p>Kollam West Police Station for having committed offences<\/p>\n<p>punishable under Section 420 of Indian Penal Code.<\/p>\n<p>           3. In the light of the order that is proposed, it is<\/p>\n<p>unnecessary to go into the details of the case. Private complaint<\/p>\n<p>was sent for investigation under Section 456(3) Cr.P.C. Police<\/p>\n<p>registered a case after investigation. A refer report was filed. It is<\/p>\n<p>submitted that the defacto-complainant had filed a protest<\/p>\n<p>complaint. Petitioner says that this petition would be closed with<\/p>\n<p>liberty to challenge protest complaint.
