Justice V.GIRI\n\n Dated :21\/01\/2009\n\n O R D E R\n                   J.B.KOSHY, Ag.C.J. &amp; V.GIRI, J.\n                      --------------------------------------\n                      W.P(C).No.1159 of 2009\n                       -------------------------------------\n                      Dated 21st January, 2009\n\n                               JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>Koshy, Ag.C.J.\n<\/p>\n<p>                 This is a petition for police protection to implement<\/p>\n<p>Ext.P6 order so that respondents 3 to 7 can be evicted.                 It is<\/p>\n<p>submitted that on receipt of notice, respondents 3 and 7 vacated the<\/p>\n<p>premises and the fifth respondent even though agreed to surrender is<\/p>\n<p>not surrendered so far. Inspite of service of notice, respondents did<\/p>\n<p>not appear before this court.
