JUSTICE MAHESH CHANDRA SHARMA<\/p>\n<p>Mr.Shailesh Kumar Panwar, for the petitioners.\n<\/p>\n<p>Mr. Pradeep Shrimal, Public Prosecutor.\n<\/p>\n<p>                      &#8212;\n<\/p>\n<p>         Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Public Prosecutor.\n<\/p>\n<p>         This bail application has been filed under section 439 Cr.P.C.   The learned counsel for the accused petitioners  contended that the accused petitioners are in judicial lock up for the last 20 days. The investigation in the case is likely to be completed and  nothing is to be recovered from them. The trial of the case will take time.   Hence they should be released on bail. The Public Prosecutor opposed this argument. <\/p>\n<p>      In the facts and circumstances of the case, I am of the opinion that the accused petitioners Shankar Singh son of Narvar Singh, Gopal Singh son of Shankar Singh and Bane Singh son of Dani Singh  shall be released on bail provided each of them  shall submit bail bond in  the amount of Rs. 25,000\/- with two sureties in the amount of Rs. 12,500\/- each to the satisfaction of the trial court for their appearance before the trial court on all dates of hearing and as and when they are called upon to do so. <\/p>\n<p>           (Mahesh Chandra Sharma) J.\n<\/p>\n<p>OPPareek\/<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Rajasthan High Court Shankar Singh And Ors vs State Of Rajasthan on 8 October, 2009 S.B.Cr.
