No.3241 of 2011\n                     KAPILDEO SINGH, SON OF LATE BEDANAND SINGH\n                                            Versus\n                                 THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                          -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>02    15.03.2011               Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as<\/p>\n<p>                    learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.<\/p>\n<p>                                  Allegedly, one rifle along with 90 cartridges were<\/p>\n<p>                    recovered from the possession of the petitioner.<\/p>\n<p>                                  Admittedly, petitioner was arrested on 23.04.2003 in<\/p>\n<p>                    connection with Naugachia (Dhol Bazza) P.S. Case No. 88 of 2003<\/p>\n<p>                    but It appears from perusal of the impugned order that he was sent to<\/p>\n<p>                    Madhepura and from there he was again produced before the court of<\/p>\n<p>                    Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Naugachia on 10.01.2007 and<\/p>\n<p>                    since then he is languishing in jail custody.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                  Contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that<\/p>\n<p>                    more than seven years have already been elapsed but up till now the<\/p>\n<p>                    trial of the petitioner has not been concluded.<\/p>\n<p>                                  Taking into consideration the above stated facts as well<\/p>\n<p>                    as submissions of the parties coupled with period of detention of the<\/p>\n<p>                    petitioner in jail custody, let the petitioner be released on bail on<\/p>\n<p>                    furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000\/- (Ten Thousand) with two<\/p>\n<p>                    sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional<\/p>\n<p>                    Sessions Judge-IV, Naugachia in connection with above stated<\/p>\n<p>                    Naugachia (Dhol Bazza) P.S.
