HEMA, J.\n\n                    -----------------------------------------------\n                     Bail Appl.No. 4513 of 2008\n                    -----------------------------------------------\n                Dated this the 22nd day of July, 2008.\n\n                                      ORDER\n<\/pre>\n<p>             Petition for anticipatory bail.\n<\/p>\n<p>            2. The alleged offences are under Section 420 read with<\/p>\n<p>Section 34 of India        Penal Code.          According to prosecution, the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner received money from de facto complainant and offered a<\/p>\n<p>permanent Visa for the de facto complainant&#8217;s husband, but only a<\/p>\n<p>tourist Visa was arranged.        Thereafter, the money was not paid back<\/p>\n<p>and thereby, de facto complainant was cheated by the accused. The<\/p>\n<p>petitioner is the 2nd accused. The first accused is running a travel<\/p>\n<p>agency.\n<\/p>\n<p>            3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner has no connection with the travel agency. Annexure &#8211; A1 is<\/p>\n<p>the agreement which shows that the travel agency was leased out to<\/p>\n<p>the first accused. As per the allegations in the complaint, money was<\/p>\n<p>received by the first accused and it was he himself who offered the<\/p>\n<p>Visa.    It was also pointed out that there was some quarrel in<\/p>\n<p>connection with the return of money paid by the de facto complainant<\/p>\n<p>for Visa and hence, as a pressure tactics, this compliant was filed, but<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">[B.A.No.4513\/08]                       2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>petitioner has nothing to do with the crime.<\/p>\n<p>       4. Learned Public Prosecutor submitted that he has no objection<\/p>\n<p>in granting anticipatory bail on conditions.<\/p>\n<p>      Hence, the following order is passed:\n<\/p>\n<p>      i)     Petitioner shall surrender before the investigating officer<\/p>\n<p>             within 7 days from today and       make himself available for<\/p>\n<p>             interrogation.\n<\/p>\n<p>      ii)     If the petitioner is arrested, he shall be released on bail on<\/p>\n<p>             his executing a bond for Rs.25,000\/- with two solvent<\/p>\n<p>             sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of the<\/p>\n<p>             arresting officer on condition that he will co-operate with<\/p>\n<p>             the investigation and report before the investigating officer<\/p>\n<p>             as and when directed.\n<\/p>\n<p>      Petition is allowed.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                                K.
