But he left that house and city for many years and lives<br \/>\nin another city then he could use his identity proof as following:-<br \/>\n S.No.              Information Sought                              PIO&#8217;s reply\n<\/p>\n<p>1.      If any person has changed his address can By using valid identity, in sub registrar<br \/>\n        he make GPA, SPA,Will, Sale Agreement office SPA, GPA, Will, Sale Agreement<br \/>\n        etc. on behalf of other party by using the etc. could be registered to the name of<br \/>\n        identity proof (like Ration Card, Driving another party.<br \/>\n        Licence, Voter ID Card etc.) which had<br \/>\n        been issued on his previous address.\n<\/p>\n<p>The First Appellate Authority ordered:\n<\/p>\n<p>Not mentioned.\n<\/p>\n<p>Relevant Facts emerging during Hearing:\n<\/p>\n<p>The following were present<br \/>\nAppellant : Ms. Neelam Bala<br \/>\nRespondent : Absent<br \/>\nThe information has been provided late.\n<\/p>\n<p> Decision:\n<\/p>\n<p>The appeal is allowed.\n<\/p>\n<p>The information has been provided to the appellant.<br \/>\nThe issue before the Commission is of not supplying the required information by the<br \/>\nPIO within 30 days as required by the law.\n<\/p>\n<p>From the facts before the Commission it is apparent that the PIO is guilty of not<br \/>\nfurnishing information within the time specified under sub-section (1) of Section 7 by not<br \/>\nreplying within 30 days, as per the requirement of the RTI Act. He has supplied the<br \/>\ninformation 40 days late. It appears that the PIO&#8217;s actions attract the penal provisions of<br \/>\nSection 20 (1) .
