Halsi, District\n                         Lakhisarai.\n                                                                         -------Petitioners\n                                                   Versus\n                         The State Of Bihar\n                                                                    -----Opposite Party\n                                              -------------------\n<\/pre>\n<p>04\/-    17\/11\/2011                 Heard Mr. Amrendra Kuamr learned counsel for the<\/p>\n<p>                      petitioners, learned counsel for the informant and Mr. Mritunjay Kr.<\/p>\n<p>                      Nirala learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State, who is<\/p>\n<p>                      armed with carbon \/xerox copy of the case diary up to paragraph &#8211;<\/p>\n<p>                      35 dated 21.04.2011.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                   The petitioners apprehending their arrest, in connection<\/p>\n<p>                      with Halsi P.S. Case No. 102 of 2010 for the offence punishable<\/p>\n<p>                      under Section 304(B) of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court<\/p>\n<p>                      of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai.<\/p>\n<p>                                   After some arguments, learned counsel for the<\/p>\n<p>                      petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this application with a<\/p>\n<p>                      liberty to surrender before the court below within a fortnight for a<\/p>\n<p>                      prayer of regular bail, which shall be considered on its own merit,<\/p>\n<p>                      without being prejudiced of instant withdrawal.<\/p>\n<p>                                   Permission is granted.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                   Accordingly, this application stands disposed of as<\/p>\n<p>                      withdrawn.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                              ( Akhilesh Chandra, J.)<br \/>\nPraveen\/-<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Patna High Court &#8211;
