ground of  It appears<\/p>\n
during. {them   the. firooeedings, the wife
\nmaintainedan applicfatio’n\u00e9_isee’king interim maintenance.<\/p>\n
The app.1ication_:V for” maintenance is made nearly two<\/p>\n

 on today is pending. The petitioner–<\/p>\n
 husband V__v’n2ai’ntained two applications, one under<\/p>\n

 Crder 6 Rule 16 read with Section 151 of the<\/p>\n

 insofar as the adultery and bestiality are concerned.<\/p>\n

The said application would stem from an order passed<\/p>\n
by this Court in the earlier proceedings. Suffice it

\nconsideration of the said applications
\nhusband on 17.12.2007 on the
\ndisposal of I.A.6 for maintenaneep:;’>.\/t.he of”the
\npetitioner for expunging  d it considered.

2. I   counsel appearing for
\nthe petitioner-  as the respondent–wife.<\/p>\n
The petitioner   that on the face of it,<\/p>\n
__the aiiegations regarding adultery as well as bestiality<\/p>\n
Vcariiriot be ‘sus_tai_ned inasmuch as the provisions of the<\/p>\n
  would contemplate that adulteresses<\/p>\n
 ‘should bernade a party to the proceedings inasmuch as<\/p>\n
  ‘is\u00ab.._reduired to defend that such an act has not<\/p>\n
 ___”‘happened. Insofar as bestiality is concerned. he submits<\/p>\n
ullthat no material is forthcoming in support of such a<\/p>\n
