RAMKUMAR, J.\n                       - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n                Bail Application No.4551 of 2010\n                        - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n             Dated this the 12th day of August 2010\n\n                                O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>      In this Petition filed under Sec. 439 Cr.P.C. the petitioner who<\/p>\n<p>is the sole accused in Crime No. 448 of 2010 of Chandera Police<\/p>\n<p>Station for offences punishable under Sections 55(a) &amp; (i) of the<\/p>\n<p>Abkari Act for having been found in possession of 8 liters<\/p>\n<p>of Indian Made Foreign Liquor, seeks his enlargement on bail.<\/p>\n<p>Petitioner was arrested on 17\/07\/2010.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.    I heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the<\/p>\n<p>learned Public Prosecutor.\n<\/p>\n<p>      3.    Having regard to the nature of the             offences, the<\/p>\n<p>duration of judicial custody undergone by the petitioner and the<\/p>\n<p>other circumstances of the case etc., I am inclined to grant bail to<\/p>\n<p>the petitioner.     Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to be<\/p>\n<p>released on bail on his executing a bond for Rs. 35,000\/- (Rupees<\/p>\n<p>thirty five thousand only) with two solvent sureties each for the<\/p>\n<p>like amount to the satisfaction of the J.F.C.M &#8211; I, Hosdurg and<\/p>\n<p>subject to the following conditions: &#8211;\n<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">B.A No.4551\/2010                     2<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>             1.    Petitioner shall report before the Investigating<br \/>\n             Officer between 9 a.m. and 11 a.m. on all<br \/>\n             Wednesdays.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>             2.  The petitioner shall make himself available for<br \/>\n             interrogation as and when required by the police till<br \/>\n             the filing of the final report.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>             3. The petitioner shall not influence or intimidate the<br \/>\n             prosecution witnesses nor shall he attempt to tamper<br \/>\n             with the evidence for the prosecution.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>             4.
