Ram Das, Delhi\n\n        Name of the Public Authority : Delhi Police, PCR, Model Town\n\nBackground<\/pre>\n<p>        Sh. Ram Das, (hereinafter called the appellant) vide his RTI application dated<br \/>\n14.01.2009, sought information regarding the cloth used by the Police for seat covers in<br \/>\ntheir vehicles, which according to the appellant is the same military dress material used<br \/>\nby the India Army for the uniform of Army solders, Sh. P.S. Bhusan, PIO\/DCP Police<br \/>\nControl Room vide his letter dated 11.02.2009, informed the appellant that the Police<br \/>\nDepartment has not used any such military dress material for seat covers of PCR Vehicles.<br \/>\nHe further informed the appellant that the cloth of seat covers used in PCR Vehicles had<br \/>\nsince been changed to grey colour in order to avoid any confusion. Aggrieved with the<br \/>\ndecision of the CPIO, the appellant filed first appeal before the First Appellate Authority<br \/>\n(FAA) who upheld the decision of the CPIO. Aggrieved by the decision of the respondents<br \/>\nhe filed a second appeal before the Commission.\n<\/p>\n<p>   2.      The matter was heard on 18.12.2009.\n<\/p>\n<p>   3.      Sh. Ram Das, the appellant was present for the hearing.\n<\/p>\n<p>   4.      Sh. Rajinder Singh, APIO, Smt. Sudesh Kumari, ACP and Sh. Narender Kumar,<br \/>\n           ASI represented the respondent.\n<\/p>\n<p>Decision<\/p>\n<p>       After examining the relevant documents the Commission finds that complete<br \/>\nfactual information has been provided to the appellant under the provisions of the RTI<br \/>\nAct, 2005.
