Rajshekhar\n                                     The CPIO\n                                     O\/o Director General of Health\n                                     Services, Nirman Bhawan,\n                                     New Delhi.\n\nBackground<\/pre>\n<p>1.   The RTI request was filed on 23.06.08.     The Appellant requested for<br \/>\n     the basic qualifications for the admission of the post of Opthalamic<br \/>\n     Assistant. The CPIO replied on 16.07.08 requesting the Appellant to<br \/>\n     send a Demand Draft in favour of Pay and Accounts Officer,<br \/>\n     Directorate General of Health Services, Nirman Bhawan. The Appellant<br \/>\n     sent a Demand Draft of Rs. 10\/- vide cheque dated 23.06.08.<br \/>\n     Subsequently, the Appellant again paid an amount of Rs.50\/- to the<br \/>\n     Pay and Accounts Officer in Nirman Bhawan on 06.08.08.        The CPIO<br \/>\n     (DHHS) provided him the required information vide letter dated<br \/>\n     25.08.08.   Not satisfied with the reply, the Appellant filed his first<br \/>\n     appeal on 04.09.08. The Appellate Authority provided more detailed<br \/>\n     information for the question raised by the Appellant and also sent a<br \/>\n     copy of the National Blindness Program.      Still dissatisfied with the<br \/>\n     information provided by the Appellate Authority, the Appellant filed his<br \/>\n     second appeal before the CIC on 09.09.08.\n<\/p>\n<p> 3.    The Bench of Mrs. Annapurna Dixit, Information Commissioner, heard<br \/>\n      the matter on November 27, 2008.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.    The Appellant was not present at the hearing.\n<\/p>\n<p>5.    Dr. V. Rajshekhar, CPIO, represented the Public Authority.\n<\/p>\n<p>Decision<\/p>\n<p>6.    The Commission reviewed the information provided both by the CPIO<br \/>\n      and the Appellate Authority to the question raised by the Appellant in<br \/>\n      his RTI application and holds    that complete information has been<br \/>\n      provided to the Appellant.\n<\/p>\n<p>7.
