Jindal, J<br \/>\n             This appeal for enhancement is preferred against the award<br \/>\ndated 7.6.2008 passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Hisar,<br \/>\nwhereby compensation to the tune of Rs.69,259\/- was awarded in favour of<br \/>\nthe appellant.\n<\/p>\n<p>             Learned counsel for the appellant has offered to settle the claim<br \/>\nif a sum of Rs.10,000\/- is paid to him on account of attendant charges, for<br \/>\nthe period for which he remained hospitalized, to which the learned counsel<br \/>\nfor the Insurance Company has agreed.\n<\/p>\n<p>             In view of the good will gesture shown by the company, this<br \/>\nappeal is partly allowed.     Now the claimant would receive a sum of<br \/>\nRs.10,000\/- over and above the award amount, which would be paid by the<br \/>\ncompany within 45 days from the date of receipt of copy of the order,<br \/>\nfailing which the claimant would be entitled to interest at the same rate as<br \/>\nawarded by the Tribunal.\n<\/p>\n<pre>August 12, 2009                                          (A.N.
