No.549 of 2011\n RAVI KUMAR SINGH, SON OF LATE RUDAL SINGH, RESIDENT OF VILLAGE-\n               CHHAPIYA, P.S.- EKMA, DISTRICT-SARAN.\n                                           Versus\n                                 THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                         -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2.   28.01.2011             Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and<\/p>\n<p>                  learned counsel for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                            This is an application for grant of anticipatory<\/p>\n<p>                  bail in connection with Ekma P.S. Case No. 14 of 2008 for<\/p>\n<p>                  the offence under Sections 328, 379\/34 of the Indian Penal<\/p>\n<p>                  Code in the order of District Judge referring to paras 3, 8,<\/p>\n<p>                  9, 10, 11, and 12 that the witnesses supported the<\/p>\n<p>                  prosecution case and hence the injury report was doctor<\/p>\n<p>                  has mentioned that the informant was also crying that the<\/p>\n<p>                  people has given me poisor mix with alcohol.<\/p>\n<p>                            Hence,    having    regard    to   the   facts   and<\/p>\n<p>                  circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant<\/p>\n<p>                  anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
