NO. 35121 OF 2008 F\n                  --------------------------------------\n                Dated this the 4th December, 2008\n\n                            JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>      Petitioner availed a loan from the second respondent Bank.<\/p>\n<p>It was not repaid. The only prayer pressed before me is to grant<\/p>\n<p>nine instalment facility. Learned counsel for the Bank does not<\/p>\n<p>seriously oppose the grant of instalment facility.             Having<\/p>\n<p>considered the matter, the Writ Petition is disposed of permitting<\/p>\n<p>the petitioner to pay off the entire amount due vide Ext.P1in<\/p>\n<p>seven equal monthly instalments, the first of which shall be<\/p>\n<p>payable on or before 1.1.2009 and the remaining instalments on<\/p>\n<p>or before the first working day of every succeeding month. If<\/p>\n<p>the petitioner does not pay any of the instalments as aforesaid,<\/p>\n<p>she will lose the benefit of this Judgment and the recovery<\/p>\n<p>proceedings can be continued against the petitioner in<\/p>\n<p>accordance with law.         The respondent Bank will give an<\/p>\n<p>intimation to the petitioner fixing the exact amount of<\/p>\n<p>instalments to be paid in terms of this Judgment within ten days<\/p>\n<p>from today.
