       Q.No.361\u00a0Ranjeet\u00a0Nagar\u00a0has\u00a0been\u00a0allotted\u00a0to\u00a0some\u00a0one\u00a0and\u00a0the\u00a0said\u00a0allottee\u00a0has\u00a0expired\u00a0and\u00a0some\u00a0<\/p>\n
       other\u00a0trespasser\u00a0has\u00a0entered\u00a0in\u00a0the\u00a0said\u00a0Q.No.361\u00a0with\u00a0effect\u00a0from\u00a0January\u00a02011.\u00a0\u00a0He\u00a0further\u00a0sated\u00a0<\/p>\n
       that\u00a0Q.No.361\u00a0is\u00a0locked\u00a0from\u00a0outside\u00a0and\u00a0that\u00a0the\u00a0\u00a0electric\u00a0meter\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0Applicant\u00a0residing\u00a0at\u00a0Q.No.362\u00a0<\/p>\n
       has\u00a0been\u00a0installed\u00a0in\u00a0Q.No.361\u00a0by\u00a0the\u00a0 \u00a0Slum\u00a0and\u00a0JJ\u00a0Department.\u00a0 \u00a0He\u00a0wanted\u00a0 \u00a0the\u00a0name,\u00a0father’s\u00a0<\/p>\n
       name\u00a0and\u00a0address\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0allottee\u00a0of\u00a0Q.No.361\u00a0to\u00a0be\u00a0furnished\u00a0so\u00a0that\u00a0Q,.No.361\u00a0may\u00a0be\u00a0unlocked\u00a0<\/p>\n
       and\u00a0his\u00a0meter\u00a0may\u00a0be\u00a0separated\u00a0from\u00a0Q.No.361.\u00a0\u00a0The\u00a0PIO,\u00a0DUSIB\u00a0replied\u00a0on\u00a019.5.11\u00a0stating\u00a0that\u00a0as\u00a0<\/p>\n
       per\u00a0available\u00a0record,\u00a0the\u00a0Q.No.361\u00a0was\u00a0allotted\u00a0to\u00a0Shri\u00a0Chhajju\u00a0Ram,\u00a0S\/o\u00a0Shri\u00a0Nandoo\u00a0Ram\u00a0in\u00a0the\u00a0<\/p>\n
       year\u00a01972,\u00a0seeking\u00a0the\u00a0name\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0present\u00a0occupant\u00a0since\u00a0Shri\u00a0Chhaju\u00a0Ram\u00a0has\u00a0passed\u00a0away.\u00a0.\u00a0\n<\/p>\n
       The\u00a0Applicant\u00a0filed\u00a0an\u00a0appeal\u00a0dt.29.6.11\u00a0with\u00a0the\u00a0Appellate\u00a0Authority\u00a0(Copy\u00a0not\u00a0enclosed).\u00a0 \u00a0Shri\u00a0<\/p>\n
       R.K.Prashar,\u00a0Appellate\u00a0Authority\u00a0replied\u00a0on\u00a04.7.11\u00a0advising\u00a0the\u00a0Applicant\u00a0to\u00a0make\u00a0a\u00a0representation\u00a0to\u00a0<\/p>\n
       the\u00a0authority\u00a0with\u00a0regard\u00a0to\u00a0his\u00a0grievance.\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Being\u00a0aggrieved\u00a0with\u00a0the\u00a0reply,\u00a0the\u00a0Applicant\u00a0filed\u00a0a\u00a0<\/p>\n

Decision<\/p>\n
2.     During\u00a0the\u00a0hearing,\u00a0the\u00a0Respondents\u00a0submitted\u00a0that\u00a0show\u00a0cause\u00a0notices\u00a0had\u00a0been\u00a0 \u00a0issued\u00a0to\u00a0the\u00a0<\/p>\n
       original\u00a0allottee\u00a0and\u00a0the\u00a0other\u00a0person\u00a0presently\u00a0residing\u00a0in\u00a0the\u00a0quarter.\u00a0However,\u00a0both\u00a0letters\u00a0have\u00a0<\/p>\n
       been\u00a0returned\u00a0unopened\u00a0by\u00a0the\u00a0postal\u00a0department.\n<\/p>\n
3.     The\u00a0undersigned\u00a0after\u00a0hearing\u00a0the\u00a0submissions\u00a0by\u00a0both\u00a0sides,\u00a0with\u00a0the\u00a0powers\u00a0vested\u00a0in\u00a0her\u00a0u\/s\u00a018(2)\u00a0<\/p>\n
       of\u00a0the\u00a0RTI\u00a0Act\u00a0directs\u00a0the\u00a0Appellate\u00a0Authority\u00a0to\u00a0investigate\u00a0into\u00a0the\u00a0matter\u00a0and\u00a0recommends\u00a0that\u00a0<\/p>\n
