The defect is<\/p>\n<p>that the notice issued to the 5th respondent has been returned with the<\/p>\n<p>postal endorsement &#8220;not known&#8221;. This writ petition came up in the<\/p>\n<p>defect list on 15.12.2009, on which date, this Court granted one<\/p>\n<p>week&#8217;s time for curing the defect. Thereafter, the matter was posted in<\/p>\n<p>the defect list on 13.9.2010, 27.9.2010, 8.10.2010, 19.10.2010 and<\/p>\n<p>2.11.2010. Even today, the defect remains not cured. When the<\/p>\n<p>matter was taken up today, none appears for the petitioners.
