Justice ANTONY DOMINIC\n\n Dated :25\/01\/2008\n\n O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>                          ANTONY DOMINIC, J.\n<\/p>\n<p>             &#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;\n<\/p>\n<p>                         W.P.(C) 3123 of 2008\n<\/p>\n<p>            &#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;-\n<\/p>\n<p>                        Dated:JUDGMENT 2008<br \/>\n                               January 25,<\/p>\n<p>             The request of the petitioner is for cancellation of<\/p>\n<p>hypothecation     incorporated    in   the    registration  certificate.<\/p>\n<p>Petitioner submits that he had initially availed finance from the 3rd<\/p>\n<p>respondent and on discharging the entire liability, he has made an<\/p>\n<p>application for its cancellation.    It is stated that Exts.P2 and P3<\/p>\n<p>request has been made before the 2nd respondent and that orders<\/p>\n<p>thereon have not been passed yet.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2. If, as stated above, applications have been received by the<\/p>\n<p>2nd respondent and those applications are pending, the 2nd<\/p>\n<p>respondent shall take up Exts.P2 and P3 and pass orders thereon,<\/p>\n<p>as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within four weeks from the<\/p>\n<p>date of production of a copy of this judgment.
