Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and learned counsel<br \/>\n      appearing for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                     The petitioners have been apprehending their arrest in C.P Case no.1975<br \/>\n      of 2009 registered under Sections 498A of the Indian Penal Code.\n<\/p>\n<p>                     Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the<br \/>\n      petitioner is ready to keep his wife who is presently living at her parents&#8217; house by<br \/>\n      giving all dignity to her.\n<\/p>\n<p>                     It was also pointed out that the complainant has also stated in her solemn<br \/>\n      affirmation that she is intending to live with the petitioner provided she is being kept<br \/>\n      properly and with dignity.\n<\/p>\n<p>                     In view of the facts and circumstances, let this matter be referred to<br \/>\n      Conciliator at JHALSA so that both the petitioner as well as opposite party no.2 may<br \/>\n      appear before the Conciliator at JHALSA on 28.11.2011 for getting the dispute settled<br \/>\n      amicably.\n<\/p>\n<p>                     Let this matter be listed on 7.12.2011 in anticipation of the receipt of the<br \/>\n      report of the Conciliator.\n<\/p>\n<p>                     Till then, interim order passed on 12.7.2011 shall continue.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                                                       ( R.
