S.N.Prasad, Advocate\n            For the State:                   Mr. G.P.- IV.\n                                           ------\n5\/ 28.11.2008<\/pre>\n<p>          The present writ petition has been filed for the following<br \/>\n            reliefs;\n<\/p>\n<p>                       For issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction<br \/>\n            commanding upon the Respondents to forthwith fix and pay full<br \/>\n            and final pension on the basis of the date of superannuation of the<br \/>\n            petitioner i.e. 31.12.1996 and a direction upon the Respondents to<br \/>\n            forthwith pay the amount of gratuity to be calculated on the basis<br \/>\n            of the date of retirement on 31.12.1996.\n<\/p>\n<p>                       For a further direction upon the respondents to forthwith<br \/>\n            pay the amount of General Provident fund and other retiral benefits<br \/>\n            to the petitioner along with penal interest at the rate of 12% per<br \/>\n            annum and quash the order dated 27.7.2001 passed by<br \/>\n            Respondent No. 2.\n<\/p>\n<p>                       For a direction upon the respondents to forthwith release the<br \/>\n            arrears of salary due for the period from 01.07.1979 to 06.07.1985.\n<\/p>\n<p>                       The Respondent No. 2 is directed to dispose of the<br \/>\n            representation to be filed along with the copy of the order by the<br \/>\n            petitioner in accordance with law with regard to arrears within a<br \/>\n            period of three months from the date of receipt of the<br \/>\n            representation.
