KURIAKOSE, J.\n                    ----------------------------------\n                     W.P.(C) NO. 36754 of 2007\n                    ----------------------------------\n           Dated this the 17th day of December , 2007\n\n                               JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>            Advocate Sri.R.T.Pradeep enters appearance for the 2nd<\/p>\n<p>respondent.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2. I do not propose to go into the merits of the mater.       But<\/p>\n<p>Ext.P1 order, by which Ext.P8 has been stayed,        has been passed<\/p>\n<p>without hearing the writ petitioner, who was the beneficiary of Ext.P8.<\/p>\n<p>On that ground alone, Ext.P1 is set aside and the     first respondent &#8211;<\/p>\n<p>Ombudsman is directed to pass fresh orders in R.P.24\/2007 at the<\/p>\n<p>earliest and at any rate within one month of a copy of this judgment<\/p>\n<p>being produced before him.\n<\/p>\n<p>      3. Considering the above direction, there will be a        further<\/p>\n<p>direction that, as regards the works in question, status quo obtaining<\/p>\n<p>as on today will be maintained for a period of six weeks from today.<\/p>\n<p>      The writ petition is disposed of as above.<\/p>\n<p>                                 PIUS C.
