Respondents \n\n\n\tWrit Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to renew the identity card of the petitioner together with assignment\/allotment of work in favour of the petitioner relating to the Member of Advisory Panel of Central Board of Film Certification.\n \n\n\tFor petitioner  \t     :  Mr.M.S.Velusamy\n\n\tFor respondents       :  Mr.R.Balakrishnan\t\t\t \n\n  -----\n\nO R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>\t Writ Petition is filed   praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to renew the identity card of the petitioner together with assignment\/allotment of work in favour of the petitioner relating to the Member of Advisory Panel of Central Board of Film Certification.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t2.  Mr.R.Balakrishnan, learned counsel takes notice on behalf of the respondents.  By consent of both parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t3. Petitioner to redress his grievance issued a legal notice on 21.3.2011 to the second respondent stating that his claim should be considered for renewal of identity card as Member of the Censor Board and for allotment of work in discharge of the function as a Member of the Censor Board.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t4.  Considering the scope of relief sought for, the second respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the legal notice dated 21.3.2011 on merits, if not already disposed of, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t5.  The Writ Petition is disposed of as above.    No costs.
