  on 07.03.2002 when the claimant<\/p>\n

  1691 from Shikaripura to his village Maliapura<\/p>\n
  after getting down from the bus, when he was<\/p>\n
moving, the driver of the bus suddenly moved the bus<\/p>\n

as a result front wheel of the bus was ran over the left
\nfoot of the claimant and he sustained grievous i.nj_uries.<\/p>\n
Hence, he \ufb02ied a claim petition before <\/p>\n
