Kaji appearing for respondent no.1-company<br \/>\nstates that there was some misunderstanding about the order, in the<br \/>\nmind of the officer concerned; therefore, though the file is ready<br \/>\nwith the officer, the learned advocate is not able to produce it<br \/>\nbefore this Court.\n<\/p>\n<p>The<br \/>\nCourt is unable to appreciate the so called confusion in the mind of<br \/>\nthe officer of the respondent-company.  On account of the excuse put<br \/>\nforward by the officer the Court has reason to believe that the<br \/>\nofficer wants to keep back the record, that is why the record is not<br \/>\nproduced though directed on 30th August 2011.  The learned<br \/>\nadvocate for the respondent-company states that the concerned officer<br \/>\nis Mr.Rathwa, Industrial Relationship Officer.\n<\/p>\n<p>The<br \/>\nofficer concerned is directed to remain personally present before<br \/>\nthis Court with the record at 11.00 AM on 9th September<br \/>\n2011.
