Ext.P1   is   the   final   seniority   list   of   Junior   Employment<\/p>\n<p>Officers\/Junior Superintendents\/Head Accountant\/Investigator as<\/p>\n<p>on   1.1.1991   published   by   the   second   respondent.   Feeling<\/p>\n<p>aggrieved   by   the   rank   assigned   to   the   petitioners   in   Ext.P1,<\/p>\n<p>representations   have   been   filed   by   them   before   the   first<\/p>\n<p>respondent   invoking   Rule   27B   of   KS&amp;SSR.   Ext.P2   is   the<\/p>\n<p>representation  filed by the 5th petitioner. The learned counsel for<\/p>\n<p>the   petitioners   submits   that   similar   representations   have   been<\/p>\n<p>filed by the petitioners 1 to 4 also.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2. I have heard the Government Pleader appearing for the<\/p>\n<p>respondents.\n<\/p>\n<p>      3.   The   first   respondent   has   got   a   duty   to   consider   Ext.P2<\/p>\n<p>and similar representations filed by the petitioners under rule 27B<\/p>\n<p>of KS&amp;SSR and to   take appropriate decision in accordance with<\/p>\n<p>W.P.(C)No. 3838\/2007<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">                                            : 2 :<\/span><\/p>\n<p>law. Hence there shall be an order directing the first respondent<\/p>\n<p>to issue notice to the petitioners and other officers who are likely<\/p>\n<p>to be affected by the decision of the government on Exts.P2 and<\/p>\n<p>other   representations.   After   affording   opportunity   to   those<\/p>\n<p>officers   who  may  respond  to   the     notice,   final   decision   shall   be<\/p>\n<p>taken  by  the government within  three months from the  date of<\/p>\n<p>receipt   of   a   copy   of   the   judgment.
