Professor (Dentistry)on urgent temporary basis in reference to advertisement dt.08\/10\/2009 (Ann.1); however, a fresh process has been initiated by the Government to make urgent temporary appointments of the post held by him vide advertisement dt.12\/07\/2010 (Ann.4). His apprehension is that the respondents may replace him who too has been appointed on urgent temporary basis.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\tIssue notice of writ &amp; stay petition alongwith a copy of this order to respondents as to why the petition may not be disposed of at the stage of admission returnable within four weeks.
