No.20213 of 2010\n                   MOTI LAL SAH, SON OF LATE BISHWANATH SAH\n                                           Versus\n                                    STATE OF BIHAR\n                                         -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2.   15.06.2010              Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the<\/p>\n<p>                  State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in a case<\/p>\n<p>                  instituted for the offence under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468,<\/p>\n<p>                  34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 and 4 of Bihar<\/p>\n<p>                  Lottery Act.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             Considering the nature of allegations, in the event<\/p>\n<p>                  of surrender of the petitioner, named above, within four<\/p>\n<p>                  weeks from today in connection with Town P.S. Case No.<\/p>\n<p>                  579 of 2009, he shall be released on anticipatory bail on<\/p>\n<p>                  furnishing bail bond of Rs. 5,000\/- (five thousand) with two<\/p>\n<p>                  sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief<\/p>\n<p>                  Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur, subject to the conditions as<\/p>\n<p>                  laid down under section 438(2) Cr. P.C., and (i)That one of<\/p>\n<p>                  the bailors will be a close relative of the petitioner who will<\/p>\n<p>                  give an affidavit giving genealogy as to how he is related<\/p>\n<p>                  with the petitioner.
