It is against which\n\n  A&#039; ordervthe petitioners are before this Court.\n\n4. Firstiy, it has to be noticed that the petitioners\nhave on their own voiition did not seek discharge on the\n\nground of insufficiency of materiais nor did they point out\n\n5&#039; 77 ,\n\n\n\n\n4\n\nto other circumstances which nuilifies the allegations made\n\nagainst them.
